On Thursday 07 August at the prestigious local in Caracas Moulin Rouge Pub & Bar to 1pm young talent Venezuelan Juan Francisco Zerpa gave a press conference to formally present its fourth album "Crónicas". Juan Francisco Zerpa is a Venezuelan singer-songwriter with three musical productions released independently in the music market in his country. Besides being a singer and composer, is drummer. He studied singing with the renowned American opera singer Janice Williams, who also conducted courses and Blues Performance. He has made countless appearances at various stages of Caracas, Miami, Bogota and Madrid, as well as presentations on television. It has also successfully penetrated several musical works, displayed at major theaters in Caracas. In 1999 published his first CD, entitled "Juan Francisco", under the production of Guillermo Carrasco. In 2001 publishes its second production alone: an EP (extended play), 4 themes titled "Ecos". In early 2004 concluded recording his third plate bearing a name "Lejos de aqui," which in 2005 was launched on the market containing songs and music influenced by blues and alternative rock and also participates in as a music producer. In June 2008 sale to market a CD compilation entitled "Crónicas," which includes their best songs and three unreleased songs. He has participated in four compiled musical: "El solar de lo desconocido" (2000), "CAUTION: Music Zone" (year 2004), "Atraccion de Otoño 05" (2005) and "Sonogram" (year 2006), these last three in Miami edited by renowned Latin alternative rock magazine BOOM! Magazine. He also won the prize Mar del Plata International revelation as male singer of the year in 1998. Since 2008 this year is a member of the Latin Academy of Sciences and Arts of the recording. Between plans close Juan Francisco is leaving on a tour of the capitals of Uruguay, Chile and Argentina. Cronicas was godmother to the young Venezuelan journalist Rebecca Moreno and among those who accompanied Juan Francisco in this event were other Venezuelan music talented as Roque Valero and excellent singer Carol Hermoso.
